“These beds are wonderful and cosy, Mac loves them, we have two of these, plus a velvet version! They stay in good shape and wash as new every time with no lumps and bumps after, we follow the washing instructions on the website every time.”

Dear Edward, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am so sorry to hear that you were expecting a dog bed with a "firm frame". The images shown of the Deeply Dishy Bed on our website are real images of the bed as it is - the sides stand up on their own but they are definitely not a "firm frame". There is a video showing how the bed is washed which shows that the bed sides to to the bed can be folded down into a small block which I think demonstrates that the bed sides are not solid. The sides are filled with a resilient polyester wadding so that they stand up on their own but they are designed to be slightly "squishy" so that they are cosy and comforting for a dog to nestle into. I really am sorry that you did not realise that the bed is not a solid-sided bed - it's always frustrating when something is not what you expected. If the bed is not suitable for your dog, and as long as it has not been used (see https://www.charleychau.com/pages/returns-exchanges for more detials), we are more than happy to exchange or refund it for you. On a refund for unsuitable items we also refund the whole of the outbound shipping fee that was paid on the original order.
