The men’s Citizen Eco Drive Promaster Altimeter watch has many functions and features that would make for the perfect for an adventurer! One of the main features is an altitude measurement which indicates the altitude by measuring atmospheric pressure with a sensor. There is also a compass function on this Citizen watch which indicates the compass direction by measuring geomagnetism with a built-in magnetism sensor. As the watch is an Eco Drive, it is fuelled by light so you never need to replace the battery.The highly detailed dial also features a date window and luminous hands as well as hour markers. The chunky titanium based dial measures approximately 50mm and has a case depth of approximately 15mm. You can alter the strap length of the watch using the silver tone buckle which secures it in place. The rubber strap is comfortable and durable for everyday wear.This Citizen watch has been awarded with a water resistant level of 200m, this means it is suitable to wear whilst swimming, showering and snorkelling. The anti-reflective coated mineral crystal dial allows you to use the timepiece whilst in bright lighting conditions.Citizen Eco Drive watches are provided with a five year manufacturer’s warranty and are packaged in all the official original branded packaging. “Nice chunky watch and thanks to the case being titanium, not at all heavy, strap is comfy and the time is easy to read. The watch has some great features and although it has an altimeter and compass I doubt I'll ever use these but they appear to work ok. Only small criticism I have is that unlike my previous Eco-Drive Red Arrows watch, this version does not have the automtic radio time update so you have to do it the old fashioned way via the crown which brings me to something that the main manual supplied with the watch does not mention, the crowns are a screw out type, I only found this out as there was another small supplement card that stated that some watches have this feature. Apparently it isn't unusual to have lockable crowns on Divers Watches but as this is the first of this type of watch I've owned I didn't know. I also had difficulty unscrewing the locking cap too and had to use a small pair of pliers with a cloth over the cap to protect it in order to loosen it enough to unwind it then adjust the time. Other than that, although it's early days, have only had the watch for three weeks, I am very pleased by the way it looks and operates.”

“Great watch at a great price of £395, have seen identical ones for £595! Only down side was the watch was completely uncharged and even with many hours under a light, a week later it is still only 25% charged!”
