I'm glad to hear you were happy about our service and speed. If I could just explain about delivery, we have to send all items over £100 by Special Delivery so it is insured and we do state this on our delivery page. Unfortunately due to our guaranteed savings we just don't have the margins to include delivery in the price. I will also pass on your comments about the picture - there will be some variation because it is a natural stone but I will check it is representative of our current stock. “disappointing! actual gem is very tiny,and the chain was far too fine to be practical. Also,there did not appear to be any need for two boxes for something so tiny.Website picture of this item does not match up to the size of the item sent to me.overpriced for what you actually get.”
