“The items seem nice but these were meant as a gift so I've had to buy a separate gift bad as the box the items came in was just the delivery box. Now the items will be flying around a gift bag so presentation could be greatly improved. Thanks”

“Bundle contents are good. Unfortunately I have had an issue with part of set arriving damaged. This has been rectified but I have found Customer Service severely lacking with slow response to no response to emails. Customer Service and after sales needs to be much improved to make this a company I would give repeat business to however good the product may be.”
“I got the starter set as didn’t know what one to try. But both are just very spicy and not nice at all. I’ve tried lots of chai latte from different places but these are not creamy or nice at all! A very lot of money for a spicy non enjoyable drink that even when the cup has been through the was the taste still lingers through!”
“Purchased the Starter Bundle and very impressed with the items. Enjoying both the Masala and Kadak chai and is the best I have seen for the category. The flavour and the smell indicates the products are of high quality.
Even the stainless steel strainer in the bundle is of good quality.
Only suggestion is if the colour could come out a bit stronger for the Masala chai as I end up using additional tea or a tea bag just to give it the additional colour for my preference.”
