Sorry to hear youve had a bad experience, our orders are shrink wrapped and edge protected on all corners to avoid damage. If your order has been damaged during transport we would happily replace that damaged board. If you send me your order number I can look into this for you.

“Ordered product based on pictures on website and was expecting white skirting.
Received brown, not painted, MDF boards - pictures on website are misleading and not showing actual product.
When I was trying to request return the company made it so difficult - imposing restock charges, making meto book my own transport. In the end I am left with unwanted product I have no use for.
Communication is also very poor - it takes couple of day to get a vague reply, since my request to return items to get reply it took ages.
Based on my experience I would not recommend this company - rather go to local merchant for better experience. When you run bussiness or do reufrb last thing you want to do is to deal with suppliers like this.”
