“Generally good quality, we asked for it primed and paint cover was good but the chamfered edges were rough to the touch which will recquire some smoothing down. Delivery was quick.”
“Paid extra for order to be delivered on Friday, order confirmed and delivery set for Friday, money taken from accaount yet delivery never arrived,. Fitter was already boked for Saturday so had to source from elsewhere. Cancellation made on Friday by email as no phone response. Telephoned again on Monday as email arrived to say it would be delivered Monday, no apology for inconvenience or the fact that the delivery was 3 days late. Managed to get hold of a person on the phone that day to reiterate previous cancellation and explain situation so be promised a refund. Over a week later refund has not been made. Sadly inconvenient, expensive, disappointing and poor service.”
