“My order was meant to arrive a week ago. The delivery company marked it as delivered but lied about it as it never came. After phoning to complain, I’m told that I’m right and there is no prove of delivery but no one is interested in sorting the problem quickly and send me the skirting I ordered. My builders can’t continue with the work and the people on the phone could not care less and keep repeating that I have to wait. Terrible customer service.”
“The product is fine as far as it goes and delivery no problem- but one of the boards came damaged. I don’t think it can have been from the transport otherwise all in the pack would be damaged . It looks like it was packaged already damaged.”
