“I have just used Possett claypaint on a stone wall in a bedroom. I would describe at as a creamy off white. It is very nice. I prefer Marbles which is more of a light cream and more neutral in certain lights. But Possett is nice for a stone wall in a bedroom - not as bright as whitewash. It was just a very rough stone wall with bad pointing - not good enough to leave exposed. I painted it first with Earthborn wall glaze mixed 50% with water. The claypaint went on beautifully when this was dry and looked good after just one coat. I did two coats though to give a smoother finish to the rough stone wall. It's lovely paint - thick and creamy texture, no smell and goes on easily. I use a brush. I did use rather a lot.”

“Expensive, but a lovely quality product to use. Good coverage/opacity, and no problem blending in the small area where I'd used a small test pot to decide on the final colour.”

“I used Earthborn paint to paint my old pine table and chairs. They are now transformed. They will now suit my country style kitchen. Earthborn Clay paint is a really lovely paint and great for period homes as the paint is breathable which is a must with a period house. I will definitely be using Earthborn for decorating the rest of my victorian house.”
