“Never used lime mortar before - in fact never done any pointing before... used this (minus the water on top of the tub when opened as suggested by another review) to point up rubble stone walls in my cellar. Despite being a total rookie this was easy to use in the larger and smaller gaps - took days to go off as its quite cold in the cellar but made it easy to knock back and finish over time without needing to rush. I have another pot and another bit of wall to do - getting better as I go”

“The ready mixed lime mortar 20kg made our first time diy job of repointing some internal stonework so much easier as we didn’t have to worry about getting the mix right! Drained off the excess water on top after reading another review and it was ready to go. Dried to a perfect buff colour as per website description. Very happy with this product.”

“Very nice product. Easy to work with, sets nicely to pale white. Used it for internal amd external stone repointing of an old house.”

“Approx 2" water on top. Mixed in with slow speed plaster mixer. Far too wet to be described as ready to use. Should have tipped the surplus water out. Biggest gripe is brittle plastic lid broke while opening the container - no chance of keeping air-tight in the future. Not impressed.”

“I love this mix for picking up for odd repairs. Dries quite white and is great to work with. Although more expensive the handy tubs make it great for occasional repairs and will last forever.”
