“It's fun to create your own paint colour. You do need to use a lot to get a dark colour but once you know this the shock of how much pigment you need is ok!”

“Battle yellow pigment arrived in good time. Mixed with linseed oil to make paint for reproduction Viking shield. Several days to dry but looks really good.”
