Sheeps Wool Insulation by Thermafleece. Their Cosywool rolls are an easy to use sheeps wool insulation, supplied in compressed packed rolls for quick installation.  Made from 75% sheep wool, 15% recycled polyester, and 10% polyester binder with a high recycled content, the Cosywool Rolls have all the benefits of sheep wool, while remaining a very affordable, non itch insulation. A truly sustainable insulation produced using British Wool and manufactured in the UK. Great for loft insulation, wall insulation and floor insulation. It has high acoustic insulation properties so it is also great for partition walls, campervans and as part of a soundproofing system. “Brought to use under suspended floor , done only part of so far none itchy which is excellent due to tight space . Brought the 100mm deep although only seems to expand to 75mm maybe over time will increase. Delivery was as stated.”

“Firstly the rolls of Cosy Wool arrived very quickly. I have used this to insulate under the tiles on the roof that already had permeable membrane fitted. The loft was already insulated with rock wool and loftboards but wasn't doing a great job. Cosy Wool is very pleasant to work with, non itchy and easy to cut with a pair of scissors. After stapling the cosy wool to the edge of the joists I covered all the area with netting to stop any sagging of the wool - it looks quite professional, though I say it myself! I will see how well it does the job over the coming winter and if it is as good as I hope it is then I will use it to insulate under floorboards of two first floor rooms. The only down side, and a very small one, unsurprisingly it really does smell like sheep (not unpleasant though) but guess that will disappear soon enough.”

“The product was delivered as stated in a timely manner and also as stated it has not irritated my skin one bit. Now the bad bit - I ordered 75mm insulation, however when it arrived and I unpacked it, I found the product (after expansion) was only 60mm thick and is very loose and floppy. I have opened one bag but will be speaking to Trading Standards regarding the rest - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!”
