Sheeps Wool Insulation by Thermafleece. Their Cosywool rolls are an easy to use sheeps wool insulation, supplied in compressed packed rolls for quick installation.  Made from 75% sheep wool, 15% recycled polyester, and 10% polyester binder with a high recycled content, the Cosywool Rolls have all the benefits of sheep wool, while remaining a very affordable, non itch insulation. A truly sustainable insulation produced using British Wool and manufactured in the UK. Great for loft insulation, wall insulation and floor insulation. It has high acoustic insulation properties so it is also great for partition walls, campervans and as part of a soundproofing system. Sheep wool insulation has a very low embodied energy, and acts as a moisture buffer by absorbing and releasing excess moisture (can absorb up to 30% of weight for weight in 100% relative humidity conditions). Like all Thermafleece wool products, it is long-lasting, safe to handle, itch free and can contrib...

Great to install, what a difference from difference from old type insulation blankets that needed disposable suits and face masks and still ended up getting one itchy. But again really need 10-15 years before rating wool insulation.

Purchased Wool insulation for lining under the bath where floorboards were exposed and missing due to pipe work. Cooking and other smells from next door would drift through, this wool insulation has eliminated this problem and has also stopped drafts. I opted for wool as an eco friendly option but also because I didn’t want synthetic fibres from standard loft insulation in the living spaces in the house. Of course, It had a slight wool smell to it at first, only as much as a real wool blanket, this smell has gone now but still, the woolly smell is preferable to my neighbours smells! I’ll now be using what I have left of the roll to insulate under the stairs where the smells come through too. Easy to roll out and cut with good quality scissors. Very happy with this product and I’m really encouraged and keen to use eco friendly products for home improvements In the future. Very happy.

Very easy to handle and install. Good product for heat and sound insulation and keeps damp from forming.

The Thermofleece Cosywool insulation was easy to use, didn't smell and great value. The builder hadn't used sheep's wool insulation before and was very pleased with it compared to normal fibreglass insulation.

The Thermafleece is really easy to work with, and I loved that it has a faint 'sheepy' fragrance to it. I used it to insulate a Shepherd's Hut (appropriate) and was able to staple the sections into position easily, even working above my head. Super impressed!
