Supaloft Insulation is manufactured from 95% recycled PET (recycled plastic bottles), the same fibres used in many duvets, jackets, etc.  It's a totally safe to handle low energy alternative to Rockwool and fibreglass.  Supaloft provides excellent thermal insulation performance, supplied in rolls of up to 150mm that fit securely between rafters, joists and studs. BBA-approved for loft applications and certified to last the life of the building. Easily handled, cut into correct dimensions and itch-free. “Wonderful environmentally friendly product. Clean and easy to work with. Easy to tear across the rolls but don't even bother trying to tear length ways if a narrow strip is needed. Solution was to tear narrow strips across the roll and patch into place. Product needs plumping up to achieve quoted thicknesses.”

“Whilst more expensive than traditional fibre glass insulation, it’s worth every penny. The supasoft is what it says, it’s also nice to install and easy to pull apart for cutting to lengths, you don’t need a knife or anything else, not scratchy to the skin at all. Will definitely use it again.”

“So nice to work with, easy to tear apart and no itchy fibres. I used it in an outbuilding, I don’t think I would use it in my house loft due to its flammability though.”

“The thermafleece was so nice quality & easy to use, I have purchased another 16 rolls. It’s really easy to install, it wedged into the underfloor joists really easy, only having to staple it where my joists widened. It’s easy to tear as well, so no need for scissors.”
