Supaloft Insulation is manufactured from 95% recycled PET (recycled plastic bottles), the same fibres used in many duvets, jackets, etc.  It's a totally safe to handle low energy alternative to Rockwool and fibreglass.  Supaloft provides excellent thermal insulation performance, supplied in rolls of up to 150mm that fit securely between rafters, joists and studs. BBA-approved for loft applications and certified to last the life of the building. Easily handled, cut into correct dimensions and itch-free. “This insulation was exceptionally easy to handle, completely non-irritating. It has enough integrity to pull around and tug on without it falling apart, whilst also not impossible to tear by hand for making smaller pieces for nooks and crannies. It's clean looking - not an essential, but certainly felt good - and didn't give off any undesirable smell. I appreciate the value for money, and that it's recycled material. Thanks a lot!”
