Supaloft Insulation is manufactured from 95% recycled PET (recycled plastic bottles), the same fibres used in many duvets, jackets, etc.  It's a totally safe to handle low energy alternative to Rockwool and fibreglass.  Supaloft provides excellent thermal insulation performance, supplied in rolls of up to 150mm that fit securely between rafters, joists and studs. “Easy to use and good to know that waste plastic is not polluting our oceans but is being put to use. However there is no information on the polythene packaging for the as to whether the packaging can be re-cycled!”
