EcoPro Silicate Masonry Paint is a highly durable mineral paint that dries to a classic, matt finish. Being highly breathable yet water repellent it offers an alternative to traditional lime based and conventional coatings. The Ecopro Silicate Paint System requires all surfaces to be primed with a single coat of Ecopro Silicate Primer followed by two coats of Ecopro Silicate Masonry Paint (first coat must be diluted with 10-20% Ecopro Silicate Primer, Read: Why do I need to use Earthborn Silicate Primer? (opens in new tab)) . The paint and primer products form a chemical bond with underlying materials to create a water and weather-resistant barrier while remaining water vapour permeable which enables the building to breathe. “Excellent paint wonderful coverage and the estimation was almost right. We need one more tub as the part of our house which is 1860 soaked it up like crazy!! Beautiful colour went for the green clay and it is exactly how we wanted it a neutral colour soft and classy!!”

“After making the mistake of painting rendered garden beds with "weatherproof" masonry paint I was worried about finding a suitable product. I realised that the "weatherproof" meant plastic that did not allow moisture to pass through from inside the bed. Result, bubbling and lifting after only 6 months. Step up ECO Pro Silicate. Absolutely superb. 2 coats on top of the primer and it looks and feels like it will last years. An amazing product. Thank you Celtic Sustainables for solving my problem.”
