“I ordered a Rondo table lamp from Castlegate Lights recently. The lamp was not in stock and had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Payment was taken at the time of ordering and later refunded when the vendor discovered it could not supply.
I am now surprised to receive a request for a review of my non-purchase from Castlegate Lights in order to improve its customer service. I am sure the vendor does not need me to do this!”
