“The scarf itself was lovely and just what I hoped for. However, the packaging was awful. It was in a cheap-looking, crumpled plastic bag that looked as if it has been bought at a market stall! This was an expensive luxury purchase and I would have expected a higher level of presentation. I would have been disappointed if I had bought it for myself, but it was for a gift. I was embarrassed to give it like that so I took it out and rewrapped it in quality tissue paper. Ok, it's a small issue but took away from the pleasure of giving the gift. I have bought cashmere scarves of similar quality in the past and they have come with packaging that reflects the quality of the product, in a cotton storage pouch for example.”
