“Dear carmen (Ref 646562) - I have sent an email to Customer Services as the phonen is not answered
I spoke to the receptionist on 03332206066 and requested that I should be sent brand new products. The lady who answered the call and gave me the above reference number, confirmed that the products in the transit are BRAND NEW (Next Day Delivery).
I am very disappointed that despite my request and explanation that I am ill and not in a position to return the products adding that I am unable to lift. She did not check and quality assure the products. To my absolute disney, I have been sent returned items in damaged boxes. I paid a full price and deserve brand new quality products.
Please take the items back and issue me a refund.
This is the first time I have dealt with Carmen and I am so disappointed.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.
