“Car mats are good quality and fit the car well. Unfortunately, the delivery time scale is not the best, communication wasn't much better. Mats did arrive 2 weeks after being ordered.”

“I have purchased bootliners from Carmats4U for several years for both my and my wife's cars. I recently changed my car and ordered a new bootliner for it. As usual the order was delivered promptly by courier and the item was in perfect condition. Unfortunately when I fitted the bootliner it did not seem to fit properly as previous purchases fitted perfectly. I contacted Carmats4U by phone(which was answered promptly without an endless queue) where it was quickly identified that I had been sent a bootliner for a different model of my car. I received a free return label by email 15 minutes after the call and received the replacement a couple of days later which fitted perfectly. I consider Carmats4U provided an excellent service and I have been very happy with the products I have bought from them over several years.”

“Quality of the car mats are great and look fantastic in my new car. Unfortunately delivery was very slow despite paying for a delivery which says 2-3 days. They Took two weeks to arrive.”

“Amazing service, didn't receive my full order first time (2 mats missing) but I was sent new ones the same day after contacting the company. They were super apologetic and I received my full order a day later. Mats are amazing quality and look great. I'd definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“We were looking for odorless car mats, and indeed, their diamond rubber mats are odorless and of high quality. The customer service was brilliant. When I didn't receive the car mats due to a mistaken delivery by the courier, I contacted Carmats4u and was promptly offered a replacement using an alternative courier. Good service and quick delivery as well!”
