“I tried to contact the air dept by phone and email, to confirm the dimensions of the text I needed, I waited way too long on hold, my emails were answered , but by someone that could not comprehend the above statement, and just kept asking if I needed anything, YES, I actually do, and I spelled it out clearly, TEXT needs to measure 23 " long on the 26" decal, Well, they missed that, sent me decals with what was my best guess of size using the web app design tool, that has not grid or other dimensions to assist with. Great stickers, just need better customer support people , That can actually read and address the issues brought forth.”

“Not sure what thThis is I did not order a decal of a deer. I ordered stickers to be placed on vinyl banners that or are you screwed up royally. I wouldnt even give you one starIt seems like over the last year your company is really degraded as far as service and communication skills. Too bad”
