“The ordering process and delivery of car part was excellent . The service fell apart when it came to payment . I was wrongfully charged for collection when my order was for home delivery . Contact with car parts was only available on web chat as phone lines were out of service . When the additional charges were finally corrected ; days later . No confirmation was sent by carparts to say that my account had been refunded .
