“Ordered this product , never received it because customer service people are so so dishonest would not recommend car parts 4less .as I said didn’t received this product ,spoke to customer service and thy said it’s on it way , the next thing i received an email saying thank you for returning this product and you have been refunded, how could I returned it when I didn’t even received it spoke to customer service and thy told me a pack of lies . “So far, so good. Item was received promptly but I've only had the opportunity to use it once to date. Seems OK, definitely got the job done as I wanted. My only criticism is that the wand could be slightly longer to prevent bending but for the price it seems a good piece of kit.”
