“Around a week after ordering I received an email saying this wasn't in stock and that I'd receive a refund. So I never received this item. I have however had follow up emails as if I had bought this item”
“Was available to order. Received a used unit returned by a previous customer. Was advised item would be collected and exchanged. Had to chase up and told it was a refund and not a exchange. Will not be using again. Very poor service”
“Got email saying item was unavailable from stockist...its been 4 weeks and after 5 emails no one has got back to me with anything...with regards to PayPal refund that's still pending.... reluctantly leaving negative feedback.... the company does not get back or respond to emails.... Will have to await PayPal payment to expire.... so money isn't taken.... I'd give zero rating to these lot for zero comms with me.... shocking”
