“Thank you for responding when I brought to your attention the fact that you had charged me a 'surcharge' because I wanted to collect my anti-freeze rather than have it delivered - you then refunded the surcharge. However, I have just been charged yet another surcharge for ordering the same product - I am more than willing to buy from your company but please let me know if/when you intend to randomly increase your ticket price and I can buy elsewhere”
