“Hi Ordered Castrol Magnatec Stop-Start A5 Engine Oil 5W-30 4Lt Fully Synthetic. The Oil that was delivered was Castrol the difference was it didn`t say it was Fully Synthetic but did say it was suitable for Hybrids on the container ? They got back to me saying i didn`t ordered Fully Synthetic Oil. Check all References parts numbers the print on there site which says it`s fully synthetic on the container ! The Oil that came wasn`t up for sale on there site anyway ? The point is what`s going on, where did this Oil came from ??”
