“Always use this oil for my MK3 Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI hatchback engine. It has made everything go round and round and up and down very nicely for over 50,000 miles since I bought the car with 116,000 miles on the clock. (Dead slippery: both the oil and the dealer) This has been misnamed transmission oil, it is ENGINE OIL if you put this in your gearbox you end up with a nasty burning smell, a lot of noise, and the need for a change of underpants. SO DON'T DO IT. (Unless of course, it is an emergency, there is nothing else to hand for a little while and you are addicted to extreme adventure); in that case okay; but join the AA.”
