“I wasn't going to bother with a review but they persisted. The product and price were as expected and good. The level of service when I colleted my order positively stinks. I went to collect at EuroCarParts Wokingham. Parking was good I went in and there was a loud noise to say I was there, no one bothered to come and serve, I was there for over ten minutes repeatedlly openng and closing the door and no one bothered to comeand serve. I alsmost gave up returned home to cancel the order and ask for a refund. There used to be a window at the back of the shop so they could see a customer, now that is no longer so and they were so busy talking loudly they may not have heard the noise when I openend the door. or perhaps they could not be bothered. I wasn't going to post this but they kept asking, if you live in the area make sure you get your items delivered, or go elsewhere.”
“Unusual to get 5 ltrs of oil now. Usually 4 ltrs. Most cars take more than 5 so it makes economical sense. Meant i had to buy 2 ltrs more for car. Economical.”
