“Absolutely shocking customer service! Had my parcel sent to an address that is not my address but apparently DHL seems to think it is! Trying to sort this out with car parts by email and phone for over 3 weeks now and nothing has been done! They keep saying that I changed my delivery address when I already said I didn't and I am still wanting for my parcel! All I want now is my money back so I can buy it elsewhere but I am still waiting! Important to mention that I live on Norfolk and the parcel was sent to Galsgow!”
