It arrived promptly, it fitted perfectly all at a very good price. It seems to be a good battery and works well. How long will it last, it is difficult to know, I will wait and see.

I had a lot of issues with this order. I ordered it as a next day delivery (to be delivered to concierge for the apartment block), but it wasn't even dispatched until 2 days later. I had a text from DHL saying the parcel had been delivered - but it was definitely not delivered. I had to open up a dispute with both DHL and Car Parts For Less, and for several days they would not do anything until they had completed an investigation into the loss of the order. Meanwhile my car is still unusable. A week after the parcel should have arrived I called CPFL again and had to complain and wait on hold A LOT in order for them to agree that they would send another battery out without having to wait god knows how long for DHL to complete its investigation. They said they would send it straight out. A few days later I rang them again to find out where it had got to only to be informed that they had attempted delivery but failed because the Muppet of a delivery driver 'couldn't find where the concierge was'. They reattempted delivery and finally succeeded (although still failed to find concierge, they just left it at the entrance to the apartment). I opened up the box and found the battery was significantly leaking (much more than you would expect), it must have been stored on its side. I got completely fed up at this point and just bought a battery from elsewhere. But my experience wasn't over yet, because I still had to return my stupid leaky battery! I spent yet more time on hold, and they sent me an email to confirm that they would allow a refund if I returned it in person at a Euro Parts store. I got there, queued in line for ages and then when I got to the front I had to spend a good 20+ mins at the counter waiting for the man to contact customer services (twice!) so he could refund me. All in all the whole ordeal took 2 weeks, many phone calls, a long wait in store, and the only reason I have a car battery is because I bought one somewhere else for double the cost - I wish I'd done this straight away and saved myself the hassle.
