“Ordered battery on Friday 13th Dec 2020 supposed to be delivered monday 16th, later that night courier DHL put a message on their tracking system stating unable to deliver goods as i was not at home.
I was at home all day waiting for delivery. On Tuesday I tried in vain to locate goods.
On weds morning 9am i cancelled battery with company, at 11.30am battery was delivered after i had cancelled and it was returned by same courier.
Nearly 3 weeks after initial order and still waiting for refund”
