“Unfortunately the battery only lasted 2wks!! I rang your customer service number & explained the problem. I was advised to return it to Euro parts near where I live. I couldn't have a refund & the sales assistant said the battery was rubbish & if I paid a few quid extra I could have a decent battery!!! I declined the offer & just exchanged it like for like. Thankfully it has a 3yr warranty. So we'll see what happens!”
