“It starts the engine. It was listed as the correct item for my Mercedes C200. However the first one sent got broken in the post, didn't turn up, and when I attempted to track the late delivery, the botnet informed me that I had sent it back because it was defective, before I had actually not received it at all .. so much for the P&P. Concerning the product itself, it is a 12v battery right enough, but is about 4" shorter than the correct battery for this make of car. I have made do nonetheless, but would not say I am thrilled by the whole customer experience. If, vendor, you read this, please suggest a legitimate after market packing piece I can buy to prevent my battery from rattling about under the bonnet .. that's worth a Prohibition Notice up there with a bald tyre!”
“Great price for a mid range battery which has obviously fixed the problem but I will say although I know we live in unprecedented times I paid for next day delivery an received the battery 5 days later. I’d suggest if you know it’s going to take longer than that you remove the option of next day delivery. I was lucky in the fact that I didn’t need it that soon others may not be so lucky. Not the money I have a problem with it’s just if I pay for something I expect just that.”
