“Didn't get the one ordered. After taking my order when I called with a delivery query they told me that they didn't have one to send. They had my contact details but failed to advise me of the problem.
Agreed an alternative product but they then failed to meet the next day delivery that I had paid for.
Poor experience all round. In the words of my old teacher "must do better".”
