I decided to collect the battery as it was showing the address to be 4 miles away on a business park.
A few days later after an email tells me it's ready for collection I spend 45 mins trying to find the place, but no luck
There is a Euro parts outlet so I decide to ask if they know where Carparts4less is.
They do, it's the same company!”
“Very unhappy with the horrendous customer service. 1. Although I gave the company all relevant car specifics, they’ve still sent me a wrong battery. 2. The battery was mishandled in transit causing the acids to leak. It took almost two weeks to arrange for someone to pick it up from my house. Thankfully it was secured well in the box it has came in and not burnt through. My emails got ignored twice. Once I finally had a chance to speak to someone, I had the collection date changed 3 TIMES! Once without even letting me know, wasting my time. I’ve missed two days of work. Once it got collected, the staff has forgot to process my refund, which means I had to get in touch with again to remind them … Easy to say I will not be returning. Worst service I’ve received in the last couple of years. AVOID.”
