“The canvas turned out much darker toward the bottom, than the photo I sent which is disappointing. I have called them about this plus sent several e-mails showing the canvas they made (see below) and the original photo and asked for a free replacement done correctly with the colors and tones portrayed accurately yet they don't seem to care at all. This canvas was supposed to be a special gift. Look at the photo of it and ask yourself why my granddaughter's right leg is nearly indistinguishable because in the original one it was perfectly clear.”
