“I’m pretty happy and satisfied with the proactive and corrective actions initiated by your company regarding the issue of my order stated below. This is what set you apart from the rest of the retail world. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Very Disappointed. Frame sent belongs to someone else, not what I sent for framing. Called and spoke to Customer Service. Very unhelpful. and dishonest. During our conversation, she said she’ll send me an email but no email sent ever. I sent an email and photo of frame sent, up until this writing, have not received any confirmation or assurance to replace the wrong frame with the photo I sent.”
