“I ordered a print of my daughter's canvas in 16x20 size. I was not happy with the first order. The wrap was showing on one side of the frame and there was a vertical brown sharpie looking line on the botton right corner. Customer service was helpful and reprinted a new print. That too had some issues with the same line and the white frame had small gaps at the corners they connect. Overall, both orders are not perfect, but I appreciate the effort of trying to make it right.”
