“This canvas background Is white. I have order 3 other canvases from you and they are not white! There is no option for you to choose a canvas color. I choose the exact same thing each time I ordered. This canvas is not usable for me as it does not match. I have reached out to your customer service and I am not getting anywhere. I was very please prior to my last two purchases. I currently would no longer recommend your company! I have wasted my money on unusable canvases. I have uploaded pictures to show you the differences. I also received a smaller canvas that was so off center it is not usable and it is on white. These two canvases were ordered together. I have included the order number also.”

“The photo came out beautifully but the packaging was very difficult to unwrap. We are in our 70’s and it took us a long time to unwrap. We at first didn’t know how to open the box. It would help if there was information about how to open it on the box. The bubble wrap was wrapped around and around making it difficult to open.”
