“I have always loved your work but latley I find that the wood frame is very thin..plese go back to your old frames. you cant hang them properly with the small pice of wood. I feel I am going to have to go to a new company if things don't go back. Iam sorry but for the money I pay I feel that small wood frame is a deal braker .I spend alot of money to you every year it very sad theat I have to do this..”

“The picture is off Center and the wrap around are really bizarre. NOT IMPRESSED. Photos show how there is a big black stripe on the left as you face it and a minimal bald edge on the right. Also - I have NO PROBLEM DEA what you did on the sides - looks awful.”
