“Picture could not size well as each size selected was the size (it did not make picture larger or smaller) then instead of contacting me about pictures being too pixilated they just printed it and shipped it without warning”

“I was hoping a human was going to compose and mount my pic but I guess I was wrong. My pic was mounted with a black bar on the bottom of the frame. There was plenty of top space to hide the lower bar , but instead they pushed the lowere black bar to exposed a bar that did it exist in the original picture. Well, I guess you get what you pay for!”
