“I am a lady who is finding it difficult to be polite about this. Why you may ask, well still awaiting the bra I ordered 6th October. Number 1231867 and Royal Mail are still waiting for parcel to be passed on to them. Is any one reading and understanding this complaint? I wrote yesterday and have heard nothing and you have had my money all this time. Am not on social media but any more delays will get my grandsons to help and then tell anyone who wants to hear about your appalling "service" When if ever will you despatch my order or will you ever refund my money please Di FELTELL”
