“Thank you for giving me this opportunity as you know I have been buying this product for many many years. I never wear any other type of underwear. Unfortunately this latest one is not the same as all my others it’s hard to explain .The bra top is the same as always but the length of the body is extremely long and lose it has obviously been cut wrong in the making. Unfortunately I wore it for one day hoping to it would be ok , but it’s not and I will not be able to return It to you or wear it again .This means I will not be able to buy this product ever again .I am very disappointed as I find them to be so comfortable to wear. It is obviously a manufacturer error that hasn’t been checked . I would be very grateful if you can do something about it . I am willing to send it to you if you can pass it on to the makers so it doesn’t happen again to anyone one else . You would need to cover postage as I don’t want to lose any more money for postage . Thank you Jennifer Downham”
