“This is summer so haven’t used them yet! I have some issues with Palletline though. Communication re delivery poor. I do not blame the driver- clearly overworked - but delivery was not made till afternoon of the day after without explanation. Several ETA’s that were never met.. Don’t give drivers impossible workload and please instruct them to communicate what is happening.”

Although the ETA's that are given by Palletline are estimates, I can understand that the lack of communication can be frustrating. “great logs unfortunatley the delivery driver couldn't get his motorised pallet lift over a mere 2" high kerb stone at the path so i had to move 960kg of logs about 70 yards from the road to my door by hand, no easy feat i assure you ! this will unfortunately put me off ordering these again in the future”
