“No box arrived this time just a handful of logs in a plastic crate. Delivery was left at my front door so didn’t get a chance to quiz driver to where rest of logs were.”

Hi Nicholas, Thank you for your review. It's disappointing to see three stars for what is a sample pack of around 8 to 10 logs for people to try our kiln dried logs before they buy a crate or nets in bulk. By the time we pay DHL for delivery, pay for a box and the product to go in it we just about cover the cost of shipping the sample. As you mentioned the logs burn really well and most people that buy the "sample" box then come back and buy in bulk. Kind Regards, John Farrell Owner Calido Logs and Stoves

“Very pleased with this product and have gone on to order a pallet. However disappointed not to receive a discount voucher for ash logs ( a voucher available for all other products) and £20 delivery charge seems excessive for mainland Scotland.”
