White roof vent for 25mm polycarbonate sheets come pre-welded and are ready to install, simply cut out the polycarbonate, using the templates supplied with the vent, taking care not to damage the piece you are removing as this is required for the hinged lid. Then using the sealant and gaskets supplied, fit to your existing sheet. If fitting new sheets, you will find it easier to work on the ground.

“The design is good but let down by shoddy finish of mitre cuts of trims. One of the outer frames was cracked but was quite quickly replaced.”

“I bought two and one had a cracked frame. I can only think it was packed broken as packaging is masses of plastic bubble wrap. (Please change to paper something sustainable) The mitre cuts on the opening panels are very badly cut and will need filling. Filling on mitre cuts of fixed frame very rough. On plus side, great design but let down by poor manufacturing. Oh and replacement for broken one is on its way I’m told. 4 day’s after requesting it has not arrived.”
