Plastic Corrugated Sheet Wall Flashing | 3 inch Cement Profile Reviews

5 Rating 8 Reviews
Read C&A Building Products Reviews

Plastic wall flashing for corrugated sheets have one side that is flat that is used to seal against the wall and another side that is moulded into the shape of the corrugation profile and laps on top of the sheet to provide a watertight seal. These are fixed through the crowns of the profile to the corrugated sheet, essentially stitching if onto the sheet, white the flat side is flush against the wall and sealed with silicone behind it. This is then supposed to be flashed with a traditional flashing that is then chased into the brickwork to ensure a long-lasting proper seal.

This was the best thing along with the sheeting to cover my garage roof instead of refelting and will last longer.

Essential part of my project. Plenty of silicone and I am completely water tight. If I run my finger along the 6x2 fixed to the house I can still feel the dust from the drill. No moister whatsoever.

These are to replace some broken ones that were damaged in the recent gales. I use them at the edge of a carport to deflect rain away rather than for their intended purpose. Worked well for years but they’ve aged and gone brittle. Being unsupported the gales damaged a couple. I will replace all of them now.

A bit thinner than the sheets but was worth while to finish the sheeting to the wall, I fixed to the sheeting with silicone sealer only fingers crossed
