“I don't use stainless steel screws if I have a choice. OK they are rustproof but they have little mechanical strength SO...I assemble with equivalent steel screws and replace with stainless as supplied when completed. Try removing a stainless screw, you are lucky if the screwdriver slot holds any of it's shape.”

“I paid £1347.85 Order Reference SO1105921 and on delivery i signed as unchecked. as i was busy working on my glass room wall it took me more than 2 weeks before i instaled the roof bars & sheets. while instaling the peaqk bar pivot brackets (i had 9 packs pivot packets in total for 9 bars) in 1 packet i noticed 2 bits missing so i ring up the c & a and i was told to pay for the bits or a packet £4.18 which i did. Order Reference TC1109779. why C & A do a patty thing like that i'm not worried abot paying £4.18 but it's there customer service is rubish. i been going to this company for over 20years. this was 1st time this happen & i asked to speak to the owner/boss but no chance of that. all people buying from this company pls make sure u chk goods straight away”
