PVC wall flashing can be used as an alternative to lead flashing, simply screw to the wall and seal along the top edge with silicone. Suitable for flat walls such as new brick, pebble dash and some other surface finishes are not likely to be suitable.

“Didn't know what to expect, buying unseen, arrived promptly, well impressed, good quality, I just drilled some holes thru the upvc and screwed to the wall, and sealed with Silicone bead, would buy again.”
