<p>10mm vented soffit boards are just the same as the normal soffits except they have holes stamped into them during the manufacturing process. This ventilation is required in most loft spaces to help prevent timber from rotting and is often specified by building regulations, these vented boards save the time and effort of cutting and installing ventilation disks into the plain boards.</p>
